Established in 2014, Grado enlists globally renowned designers to create forward thinking furniture pieces with out of the box inspirations. Grado means “angle” in Italian, a reminder for their them to always look at design from a fresh perspective.

Their designs pursue a refined and natural style, incorporating unique shapely elements into their pieces that ensure they stand out from the rest. This ethos to approach design from many perspectives has led to a stunning furniture range, featuring playful pieces with varied inspiration, ensuring there's always a story behind each piece.

This pursuit of excellence has translated to worldwide acclaim, with their products winning over 30 design awards, including Red-Dot Awards, Italy A’Design Awards and Chicago Good Design Awards.

The Swell is named after “Kaiyuan Tonbao”, a round shaped currency used in the ancient Tang Dynasty which carries wishes of good luck. Its generous proportions ensure it is a statement in any space, while its gentle curvature and welcoming Boucle upholstery add an unmatched relaxed tone.

Sheep

Despite its name, the Sheep Chair is no follower. Its fully timber construction is inspired by a forest camping trip, yet its gentle application of timber is one to behold. Its Plywood seat showcases its many layers, while seemingly floating above the rest of the frame.

Puffy

The Puffy armchair is designed entirely by AI, a groundbreaking process by Grado which allows it to cater to what millions of people would want from an armchair. Its carefully crafted timber frame provides an elegant basis for comfortable cushioning you’ll love to relax in.
