60ml Penni Ave Lemon Myrtle and Kakadu Plum Vodka
45ml Ginger Syrup (Details Below)
30ml Lemon Juice
Chill a martini Glass. We recommend The Stripe Martini Glass from Fazeek
Add Vodka, Lemon Juice, Ginger Syrup and plenty of ice to a cocktail shaker.
Shake until ice is breaking apart and shaker is very cold
Double strain into glass
Garnish with dried lemon slice or a twist of lemon.
Put 1/2 cup of sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to simmer until sugar dissolves. Add in 2cm of sliced peeled ginger, boil for 5 minutes and let steep for 1 hour. Strain.
45ml Penni Ave 16th Beach Vodka
2 Cucumber Ribbons
Soda Water
Mint For Garnish
Line inside of a tall glass with Cucumber Ribbons. We recommend the Wave Wine Glass.
Add Vodka plus plenty of ice.
Top with Soda Water.
Garnish with a Mint Sprig
60ml Penni Ave Pepperberry and Coastal Rosemary Vodka
Bitters (such as Angostura)
15ml Lemon Juice
15ml Lemon Syrup (See below)
1 Egg White or Aquafaba
Chill a Coupe glass. We recommend Stripe Coupe glass From Fazeek
Vodka, a few dashes of bitters, lemon juice, lemon syrup and egg white into a cocktail shaker.
Shake for 10 seconds without ice, then add ice and shake vigorously until shaker is extremely cold.
Double strain into Coupe glass and garnish with Rosemary.
Add 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup sugar and juice of 1 lemon to a saucepan. Bring to heat until sugar dissolves, strain and let cool.
