Terms & Conditions

Customers who place an order with a total product value of $500 or more are eligible for free Standard Delivery service ("Offer").

Total product value of an order is calculated at checkout. Shipping charges will be retrospectively applied to orders subsequently adjusted below $500.

Offer is valid from 9:00am AEDT on 1 April 2025, until 3:00am AEDT on 7 April 2025.

Offer applies to retail customers only and is not available for trade accounts.

Offer is valid for all products available for purchase on the RJ Living website.

Offer is valid in respect of orders placed through RJ Living Showrooms, via phone or email communications with RJ Living, or on the RJ Living website (where the offer will be automatically applied at checkout).

Offer applies to new orders only, and cannot be applied to old quotations, as these already include a pre-existing discount.

 Offer may be redeemed in conjunction with additional discount codes, subject to the terms of those discount codes at time of sending.

In the event that customer makes a change of mind return for a product, delivery costs to and from the delivery address must be paid to RJ Living.

RJ Living reserves the right to not ship to remote or rural areas, including but not limited to Western Australia, Tasmania, far north Queensland, and the Northern Territory.

Customers in rural areas across all states are advised to contact the RJ Living sales team for a shipping quote or to confirm eligibility for free shipping to their location.

RJ Living may request additional freight contributions for remote or rural areas.
