High Quality!
The shelving unit is very sturdy and of high build quality. There is no assembly required and all joins are doweled behind the screw to maintain a high quality finish. It is full solid oak construction and will last a lifetime if cared for right. The "X" Bracing across the back adds extra character and sturdiness to the build which most other shelves at this price point do not have. I do recommend using some treatment product to prevent the wood from drying out over time.
My unit did arrive damaged which i am unsure of how as the packaging was great and showed no signs of damage. They offered to fix it but I requested a replacement. Chrisna was a gem and an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process. I could not recommend RJ Living more as their customer service has been unfaultable!

Stylish and Functional
I purchased the Oak Essential Shelving to blend in with the Oak Entertainment unit for my small apartment. The shelving fits in perfectly whilst giving a feeling of “space”. Beautifully crafted, solid and enough shelving to display my nick nacks.
The staff at Richmond show room were very helpful and I’ll certainly buy from RJ Living again.

Beautiful unit
We are so impressed with this shelving unit, it’s such a solid unit and so very well made. We loved that it was delivered assembled. The only disappointing thing was the time it took for it to be delivered, but we understood this was due to Covid and just the way things were at the time. Overall, we highly recommend the shelves, love them!!

Beautiful shelving unit
Love my new shelving unit. I bought the small unit a while back and loved the quality, so I had to get the large. They look great together in my living room and I really love the solid oak construction.
